Company profile 2026

ProSynth builds systems made for your business: we give it a brain, connect the tools you already use and add what they lack.

Who it is for

For owner-run businesses in South Africa and the UK

Diagram: people, records and tools round the edge of the business, every route between them bending through one central node.
[ Fig. 00 ] An intelligence ecosystem: the system, the brain and your tools working together, so you can ask a plain question and get the answer.

  • records
  • tools

What we do. We learn how the business really runs: its people, how they work, the tools it already has.

Your tools, made better: what you already use stays, joined to the brain, with what it lacks added.

[ What we do not do ]

  1. (01)IT support or helpdesk
  2. (02)Software licensing or reselling
  3. (03)Staff augmentation
  4. (04)Marketing or sales funnels
  5. (05)ERP implementation
[ How we work ]

Understanding first

We talk with the people who do the work, and check each fix with the people whose work it touches before anything is priced.

01 / 04

We listen

In the Diagnostic we listen to your people. We don’t change their jobs.

[ Confidentiality ]

We sign a confidentiality agreement before interviews. Your information is used only for the agreed engagement, including processing by providers you authorise. The findings belong to you.

ProSynth’s Information Officer is registered with South Africa’s Information Regulator. This is registration only, not independent compliance certification.

The report

What the report gives you

  • A written report that is yours to keep, whatever you decide.
  • What it’s costing you, as a number we agree on together.
  • How work and information really move through your business, from talking with the people who do the work.
  • How many places we looked at, and the few worth fixing.
Illustration: the written report as a closed, bound object with a black cover and the silver fingerprint mark, lying over the traced routes.

03 / 04

The plan

What the report sets out

  • A plan in steps: one fix you can start on first, then the build if your numbers back it.
  • What the build would cost, worked out from your own number.
Diagram: the routes faded back, with a few places on them marked, and one of the marks labelled first. first

After the build

When we call it finished

We don’t call it finished until it runs on the records your business already keeps and adds no new task to anyone’s day. Thirty days after it goes live, we check it against your number with you. Then, if you want, we keep it working.

Illustration of intent: the old routes through the centre are faded and the centre node is empty. The routes now run along the fingerprint outline, through the records the business already keeps.
